1.1.39 patch series for adding Mesa ATI support - added Gallium checks and
cleanups suggested by Henri

Hi Cùran,

I'm hoping I can impose on you to check this latest patch set. Unfortunately
I've been able to do even less testing than before because Lucid Alpha3's boot
is broken on my machine. With Alpha3 out, Alpha2 no longer installs anymore
either so I've had to roll all the way back to Karmic, which doesn't compile
the 1.1.39 package properly. Apart for the new changes for Gallium to patch 5,
the changes are minor though. Since it includes Henri's suggested corrections,
I'm hoping it will get accepted into Wine if it passes your testing.

This feels like working with punch card decks way back when :-)
