yes, the extrac32.exe part is now finally fixed by commit
9939fd6012b0f48c30293f85af47746dc4a81bce

For the "DefaultDestDir" issue (SetupQueueCopyXXX and friends) I will file a
separate bug, essentially copying the information I already gave in comment #5
