By the way, should I be seeing things like:

Mesa: User error: GL_INVALID_OPERATION in glProgramStringARB(relative address
offset too large (65))
Mesa: User error: GL_INVALID_OPERATION in glProgramString(bad program)
fixme:d3d_caps:wined3d_guess_card No card selector available for GL vendor 4
and card vendor 0000.
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x33d6d8,0x00000000), stub!

with the patch applied? 

My hardware hasn't changed.
