Read up on definition of severity levels:

Severity does not depend on how important it is _to you_. It represents how
much it affects functionality, in this case of bugzilla. Sorry, but it _DOES
NOT_ affect functionality of bugzilla in any way, shape, or form. You still can
file bugs, and post replies.
