Hello,

since this affects lots of apps the only way to progress this is having someone
providing a full +voicewarmup msi log of .NET 2.0 SP1 installer.
Use a clean Windows XP install with .NET 2.0 Framework and enable full msi log
before starting the SP1 installer (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314852).

I already gave some analysis based on Wine MSI output but it's only guesswork
until we really get some information how Windows MSI deals with multiple patch
transforms containing duplicate keys.
