You're right. I tried to set affinity mask of 2 and the game is executed on
BOTH cores (cpu usage by LaunchGTAIV.exe is 63%). Mask of 1 makes it execute on
one core (cpu usage 51%), and 3 seems to be the same as 2... Seems here's
something wrong with kernel affinity setup, but windows' calc.exe under wine is
correctly placed to the core specified, so the problem may also be with wine.
But affinity isn't controlled from inside wine, except of initial setting!

The second core actually does work, but in some strange incomplete way...
