I find 4 instances of ActivateContext in buffer.c in this version:
ActivateContext(device, device->lastActiveRenderTarget, CTXUSAGE_RESOURCELOAD);
They are in various functions but not inside buffer_Map. 
What should I do to check the context in buffer_Map ? Or is it any use, if
there is a chance this particular crash has been fixed ? Should I concentrate
only on testing version 1.1.39 ?
