Tested under Windows XP with 2.5 GB, the app reports the same memory error.
The same is true under the various "compatibility" settings, but they're
usefulness is very limited anyway.

MS Application Verifier can simulate low memory, but I think it goes to the
other extreme as PS3 simply suffers another error when this is enabled.

Hacking Wine to report less memory as reported above allowed PS3 to load for me
under Linux (with 2GB RAM).
