For future warning, you can get yelled at for posting to bugs with output from
an unofficial version of Wine.  I do have a note about this on my website.  If
comment #11 doesn't work then please contact me by email and I will attempt to
help you out.

C&C3 SHOULD install d3dx9 libraries along with the game...  The last time I
tested this was around 1.1.38, but I doubt that's changed.
