I just applied incrementally your patchset against v1.1.40.
"Bad" patch is :
0006-WineD3D-Check-if-there-s-an-actual-conversion-done-b.patch.
Every patch from 0001 to 0005 are no-op for the crash. 0006 seems to fix it,
but introduces a new regression as described in my previous comment.
I did not apply patch 0007 afterward...
