Still not fixed in wine-1.1.40-263-g93b3ba7 and for the record, this regression
is caused by commit:

    gdiplus: Prefer the builtin version.


and as Vincent says in bug 22051, work around is run wine by command:

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="gdiplus=n;" wine AutoWikiBrowser.exe
