Okay.  So, to summarize:  both you and Frank had trouble with your
certificates.  Frank's was an installation problem.  Yours looks like an
invalid certificate, but perhaps there's a crypt32 bug with it too.  Even after
getting past the certificate problems, neither of you is able to connect, and
it appears that secur32 is to blame.
