Confirming. Using http://dl.square-enix.co.jp/polus/setup.exe

wine-1.1.37 - window with 3 buttons
wine-1.1.38 - window with 4 buttons and extra directory EU directory after
installation (Program Files/PlayOnline/SquareEnix/PlayOnlineViewer/EU)

Bisected commit 0d770c96fe3172a7db64d7efb7819a70a6352370 from comment #4 is
correct.

In clean wine environment, comparing installation console log from with and
without the commit doesn't show anything suspicious.

When testing under current git (wine-1.1.41-211-g719d904), still gives 4
buttons (for current git you will need to cope with another regression - bug
22197). URL above shows POL US, thus probably end up with US version.
