PDFs generated on Windows all look fine.

It seems that when generating in 'Minimum Size' only some bits are aliased
wrong, whereas when using 'Standard' the whole document is wrong.  ('Minimum
size' also seems to correspondingly hang less whilst exporting)

I noticed that documents exported using 'Standard' seem very similar to when I
did the procedure outlined in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21852 so
maybe there is something there?
