Here is a clue. According to

Platforms: Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows
2000, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003
family

and this, which has a different definition

Minimum supported client
    Windows 2000 Professional

Minimum supported server
    Windows 2000 Server

So there appears to be 2 different spec's for this function.
Can Wine handle that?
