I can confirm that this bug also occurs with Fable : The Lost Chapters with
wine-1.1.44. Also, as Fred said, that COD2 ran properly with older wine
versions such as wine-1.1.34, but has the mouse bug with 1.1.44. I'll try and
get around to running a regression test for COD2.
