Okay, this time the regression test got to a string of cursor related patches,
but the game crashed when trying to launch COD2 with this message:

X Error of failed request:  BadCursor (invalid Cursor parameter)
  Major opcode of failed request:  2 (X_ChangeWindowAttributes)
  Resource id in failed request:  0xe00083
  Serial number of failed request:  148
  Current serial number in output stream:  166

It wouldn't let me bisect further:
There are only 'skip'ped commits left to test.
The first bad commit could be any of:

We cannot bisect more!
