With wine-1.1.44-170-g69326aa, I get a managed backtrace:

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for
'Skybound.Stylizer.Windows.Services.WindowsClickAndDragService' threw an
exception. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an
instance of an object.
