confirm
Tropico 3 work with wine 1.1.44 in Ubuntu 9.10(32 bit)
but not in Ubuntu 10.04(32 bit) with wine 1.1.44

git checkout -f 2f3fa8596bc6410a3b535e2f12bf551841334ad7
and compile solve problem
