OK, did that.

I can still produce the crash, but the problem is much more intermittent; I
cannot reliably reproduce it anymore. 

Please note that the DLLs urlmon, shlwapi, comctl32, and msvcrt are already
present in the windows\system32 directory after starting wine, but before EA
has been installed. The only thing I noticed is that the EA installer
overwrites msvcrt.dll with a different version. That doesn't seem to make much
of a difference though.

I will attach a new backtrace. 
BTW, could the problem be caused when saving the file to a network drive?
