Patch: Only read known format ids when attempting to read summary information

This patch fixes the crash.  It's sort of a lame attempt, though, because I
really should test how ole32 behaves with unknown format ids.  The file
SASRESPAIRS.STG has the format id {d5f98878-191b-4453-bcf5-a1560328da3a}, and I
don't know what format that's supposed to be in.
