I had this Problem with Wine 1.1.44 but with with lastest Git Version i don´t
have this crash anymore. But i don´t test it with Fedora wine because the
Fedora wine compiled version make my sometimes some problems and i don´t know
why.

Maybe compile wine your self?
Maybe this helps.

And i´m using the Atlantica German Version.
