WinOmegas Infoscreen good/bad

WinOmega v6.30.51 shows in some Menus a dark or black background where it shows
in the versions before only tranparency.
I did a regression test and here is my result:

This commit cause the regression.

There are more applications with this error. Maybe this is also the reason for
their glitches.
