It also happens with Total Commander 7.50a.

In the attached screenshot you can see three Total Commander system tray icons:
- on the right is TC in Vista, notice the light shadow.
- in the middle is the first TC instance in Wine, this one looks almost fine,
but the shadow is very dark, on Vista it is much lighter;
- on the left is the second TC instance in Wine, this one seems to be the
result of drawing the same icon twice, the second time being the correct
position (2 pixels lower). You can clearly see this if you look at the shadow.

Sometimes they show up correctly, but most of the time the icons have garbage
on the margin.

For example if I start VLC, then Total Commander, then uTorrent, I get three
icons in the Notification Area, and in the middle it shows a TC icon on top of
a VLC icon..
