[Bug 24772] Star Trek Online demo downloader crashes

Hey, today I tried it, and it still crashed, but when I did a run with
  winetricks corefonts ie7 win98
  WINEDEBUG=+winsock,+seh,warn+heap wine STO_Demo_Installer.exe
it actually started downloading stuff.  (I did win98 because I noticed
it crashed shortly after a QueryPerformanceCounter, and thought
maybe I could coax the downloader into a different path.)
