Which patch am I supposed to be trying? There are several mentioned in that
bug. The patch to implement ID3DXFont doesn't seem to apply/work on its own, do
I need some other patches first?

You're probably right though that it's a duplicate. I guess I should have
searched for ID3DXFont instead of ID3DXFontImpl.
