Would this patch work according to your comment?

It does not give me any longer an error, but the software I'm trying to launch
later fails with

Stacktrace:

  at (wrapper managed-to-native) <Module>._wWinMainCRTStartup () <0x00004>
  at (wrapper managed-to-native) <Module>._wWinMainCRTStartup () <0xffffffff>
  at (wrapper runtime-invoke) <Module>.runtime_invoke_int
(object,intptr,intptr,intptr) <0xffffffff>

abnormal program termination


But that is most probably because it's a custom software, written in MFC and
compiled with .NET ....@['_*&§# :)

Can somebody please confirm it works by writing a small GetFileVersion(...)
test.exe; and get this patch applied?
