One side note: I wasn't able to start the stream playback under Windows 7 using
a gom command url like: "gomcmd:///title%20GOMtvnet%20http://server/file"

I had to use the menu to open the stream as url or had to pass the stream http
url directly as argument. Maybe I am escaping something wrongly.
