Yep, it can be downloaded from that link.

The message from debug session:
user at ubuntu:~/.wine/drive_c/Micro/Invoice$ wine INVOICE.EXE -debugmsg -debug
fixme:hook:SetWindowsHookEx16 hook type 1 broken in Win16

It hangs, included an image.

One other issue can't type inside the program on Cyrillic, just able to type in
Latin.
