Linux/SysFS based Implementation of getLogicalProcessorInformation

I just updated my implementation of GetLogicalProcessorInformation
to use the data provided in /sys/devices/system/


This gives me at least a subjective performance increase while playing WoW.

If anyone wants to give it a try, here's the full patch. 
I'm also planning to split it and send it to wine-patches as soon as i have
some free time.
