Thank you NSLW, my tests also show using native quartz.dll indeed gets the
movies playing even with "Allow the window manager to control the windows"
enabled.

This proves that Wine's quartz doesn't deal with winex11.drv properly in
managed mode -> changing component from winex11.drv to quartz.
