I re-tested with the current git version of wine, problem still exists / no
changes.

*) Pokertracker HUD is still shown as a solid grey box covering the poker
client window, transparency does not work.
*) Mouse/keyboard events are still not passed to the poker-window.

Workaround:
You can use Compiz's "Ghost" plugin on PT3 HUD windows to make it somewhat
usable. I put up a short howto here:

This makes the HUD usable, but it's still a long way from perfect.
