This is very likely caused by:

fixme:d3dx:D3DXFilterTexture Implement volume and cube texture filtering

So the correct component is directx-d3dx9 (BTW, whenever "winetricks d3dx9"
fixes a bug, you can be pretty sure d3dx9 is the culprit).
