[Bug 16360] Help does not work in Office 2000

I just tested with wine 1.3.4. Things are a lot different now:

Whenever I try opening the help in any Office 2000 application, a heavily
blinking Clippy appears at the bottom right side of the screen, the CPU usage
goes through the roof and Office stops responding. On the console I can see a
lot of these messages:
