Minimal test application. Compiles with Mingw and VS compilers.

Minimal test application. When started, it will display a window with an MDI
client, containing one child window that is partly out of the parent window's
bounds. This cause Wine to render scrollbars in the MDI client, while Windows
XP and Windows 7 doesn't.
