I just found out in my utorrent install directory, there are two .exe,
uTorrent.exe and utorrent.exe.new.

What I did find out bout utorrent.exe is that it's infected with a virus! while
utorrent.exe.new isn't. 

After starting up the app using utorrent.exe.new... it's seem to running fine..
meaning the way it suppose to run...

I have no idea how the utorrent.exe got infected....
