Dan, please attach new log +msxml,+tid with that patch, I'd like to see if some
readable output will be in.

P.S. reported unimplemented interfaces aren't a problem, it's only about urlmon
and our bind callback interaction, urlmon queries for supported interfaces to
call more methods during bind operation. Application can't mess with that too.
