this looks basically fixed now by Vincent;s patches. Still, there'a error
window thrown that GdipTranslateLineTransform isn't implemeneted, and the menu
doesn't appear. Returning succes in GdipTranslateLineTransform fixes this, but
that's already covered by bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23759
