[Bug 24083] The Google Earth Plugin (5.1.7938.4346) does not load the 3d view but shows a black background instead.

The 3d view problem is solved!

I found another registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Google\GoogleEarthPlugin\Render\RenderingApi=1
(it is by default 0, while the Google Earth client has it as 1)
