I was able to reproduce this with the WoW Cataclysm Beta client.

You can reproduce this by attempting to view the WoW Burning Crusade Cinematic
sequence from the main menu. Click on the Cinematics menu on the right hand
side of the login screen and it will give you an option of which Cinematic
scene to watch. On windows, clicking on any of the cinematic options causes the
login screen to reload, on wine it causes the dbghelp crash.
