In the past few months there has been at least one person show up on irc with
an interest in implementing mfc42.dll, not sure if they're still lurking in the
shadows or have given up.  Someone recently posted on wine-devel asking for
general advice on implementing mfc42.dll (Benjamin Zink).  Years away might be
a little pessimistic.
