[Bug 24293] Simple .NET applications not working

Winetricks did not worked for me.
It stopped while downloading dotnetfx.exe .
However, I look got a version of that and the application worked as it was
supposed to work.
I think that the message should be changed to install dotnetfx.exe, instead of
Mono.
This can be a problem on Mono, as I can see.
