I don't get this error with 1.3.1 and I didn't even select the option to
install the DirectX runtime included in the setup.

It loads and gets stuck on 'Initializing GUI'.

err:module:import_dll Library MSVCP80.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Futuremark\\3DMark Vantage\\benchmark.dll") not found
