Confirming.  Running the installer unzips into c:\Garmin.  Running
program_card.exe from the folder runs the WinZip self-extractor again, and when
that completes, a dialog entitled "Marine Product Software Update" briefly
appears, and disappears, at which point the installer quits.  The only console
output I see is:
fixme:dbghelp_dwarf:compute_location Only supporting one breg (18 -> 24)
