[Bug 19199] EPIM showing two windows

I can't reproduce the bug anymore on Wine 1.3.2 - there isn't anymore a second
icon in the taskbar.
If I change workspace with an EPIM task window open (which previously caused a
second icon to appear in the taskbar) and then go back, I find the situation as
it was before changing workspace - this is appropriate behavior.
