[Bug 13629] ABEV (Hungarian Tax Returning SW) has some GFX problem with logo

The issue still persists in wine-1.3.2-157-g2c4b081. A solid blue rectangle is
shown in the upper-left corner.

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Download and install the application linked in comment #3. (Click on the
<OK> button three times during install).
2. Start the Abevupdate.exe application from the app's directory. This will
download and install the needed form. Choose '06082A' from the right panel by
double-clicking on it. Click on <Letöltés és telepítés>. When it finished click
on <Rendben> then <Kilépés>.
3. Now start the main application by abev.exe. Press <Ctrl-U> to open the form
and select the downloaded '06082A' one. You can see the solid blue rectangle in
the upper-left corner instead of the picture.

The only console message is:
fixme:ole:CoResumeClassObjects stub

This line appears after pdfenc32.dll is loaded. I guess the application
converts the form from .pdf to another format.
