Yes, I get these errors:

1)
tahoar at samsung-netbook:~$ wine start cmd /c notepad
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100

2)
tahoar at samsung-netbook:~$ wine start cmd /c python --help
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100

3)
tahoar at samsung-netbook:~$ wine start cmd /c perl --help
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100

4)
tahoar at samsung-netbook:~$ wine start cmd /c "c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe"
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100

5)
tahoar at samsung-netbook:~$ wine start cmd /c c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe
fixme:exec:SHELL_execute flags ignored: 0x00000100

Interestingly, 1-4 show the exact same behavior. A cmd.exe window opens and
hangs with the window pen. #5, however, opens a cmd.exe window, flashes "File
not found", and then closes cmd.exe window. Hope this helps.

Thanks and looking forward to the fix.
