Hmm.  That error message isn't fatal, anyway.  If you click past it,
the installer continues until the physx installer dies with the highly
informative dialog box
"Fatal Error
Installation ended prematurely because of an error."
And even that error isn't fatal; the installer
still tries to launch the game, and it fails in the end only because
dotnet30 wasn't installed.  

So this is invalid; the game actually does install.  
The error messages along the way might be nice to fix, but it's not clear
they keep the game from working.
