[Bug 24509] Blur: crashes in intro videos in fullscreen mode

As a guess, I tried disabling the movies my renaming
%PROGRAMFILES%\Activision\Blur(TM)\UI to UI.bak, then running the game. Still
crashes in full screen mode.

On second run though, works fine. It seems after the crash it makes a file
called settings.xml in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Application Data\bizarre
creations\blur\ that will start it in window mode. If you delete that file
though, the crashes return.
