Testapp to show what GetVolumeInformation returns on Windows vs. Wine

Try it on Windows on various types of drives, with and without the trailing
backslash, then try it on WINE and see the differences in behavior.  

This bug will cause many installers to crash or fail for inexplicable reasons. 
Most people will just give up if the bug isn't fixed.
